How was your first day at SWU PHINMA?
“I was actually culture-shocked with the environment, knowing we’re from Surigao. Then of course, as freshmen, I’m quite stressed with the fact that I still don’t have my study load, and that we aren’t quite familiar with the room assignments.”
—Daverich Conol, Medical Technology
“It was fun because I was able to witness the Maroon Jam together with my co-freshmen students. At least we got to chill out and enjoy our first day of the school year.”
—Beverly Ygot, Pre-Medicine
“I’m actually excited for this school year, and judging on my first day experience, I expect that I would essentially learn the things needed for my chosen program and of course, to expand my knowledge in the field as future registered nurse.”
—Hyacinth Susvilla, Nursing
“My first day experience was quite lonely and adjustment stage was quite challenging.. I actually just met some friends which also happened to be living proximal to our area at Pagadian.”
—Keizer Chris Gabon, Dentistry
“First day was stressful actually, like we literally don’t know what to do. We even sometimes get lost since we’re still new to the place being freshmen students. But as for the Maroon Jam, it’s really nice.”
—Marielle Cabrillos, Physical Therapy
